Marième Mbacké Gueye is a Research Fellow at Big Win Philanthropy with experience in international development and social policy. Prior to joining Big Win, Marième served as Country Coordinator for the Sustainable Financing Initiative for School Health and Nutrition (SFI), hosted by the World Food Program under the School Meals Coalition. She led financing and policy engagement across countries in Africa and Asia, supporting governments to sustainably finance national school feeding programs.
She previously worked as a Strategy and Policy Consultant at Dalberg Advisors, advising public and philanthropic leaders on education-to-employment, public health, gender inclusion, and climate-related policy.
Marième holds a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
