The April 2025 Cohort of the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program brought together nine ministers who play a coordinating role in their cabinets, including ministers of finance and planning, a Vice President and a Vice-Prime Minister:

- The Honorable Dr. Shiva Raj Adhikari, Vice Chair National Planning Commission (Nepal)
- The Honorable Hadiza Bala Usman, Special Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Policy & Coordination and Head of Central Result Delivery Coordination Unit (Nigeria)
- The Honorable Abdourahmane Sarr, Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation (Senegal)
