Jennifer Comalie is the AMALI Program Director. A performance-driven Chartered Accountant by profession, she brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy development, financial management, and urban transformation. Prior to joining Big Win, she served as Strategic Executive for Finance and Customer Service at the City of Windhoek, Namibia, where she played a key role in implementing the city’s transformation plan to become a Smart City and in securing funding for capital projects. Previously, she held senior positions including Chief Commercial Officer for Financial Services at NAMPOST, Director of Finance at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), and Chief Executive Officer at Shali Group Holdings.
Jennifer brings more than two decades of board leadership experience and currently serves as a Director on the boards of Oryx Properties Limited, Agra Limited, and Pyxis Investment Management in Namibia.
