The April 2025 Cohort of the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program brought together nine ministers who play a coordinating role in their cabinets, including ministers of finance and planning, a Vice President and a Vice-Prime Minister:

  • The Honorable Guylain Nyembo Mbwizya, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Planning (Democratic Republic of Congo)
  • The Honorable Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan, Minister of Finance and Development Planning (Liberia)
  • The Honorable Nadia Fettah, Minister of Economy and Finance (Morocco)
  • The Honorable Dr. Shiva Raj Adhikari, Vice Chair National Planning Commission (Nepal)
  • The Honorable Hadiza Bala Usman, Special Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Policy & Coordination and Head of Central Result Delivery Coordination Unit (Nigeria)
  • The Honorable Abdourahmane Sarr, Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation (Senegal)
  • The Honorable Sheku Fantamadi Bangura, Minister of Finance (Sierra Leone)
